Taking Ashwagandha


To benefit fully from the strengthening and calming effects of Ashwagandha, it is best taken as a powder rather than in tablet or tincture form.  Half to one teaspoon can be stirred into a cup of warm milk (its ideal vehicle) morning and night, sweetened with raw sugar or honey if you wish.
